You will now draw on your project plan, stakeholder matrix, and project logic to continue building your MEL framework. In this section you will develop:
- an evaluation plan, which includes consideration of your evaluation’s purpose and the development of evaluation questions with key indicators of success
- a data collection plan, which includes the identification of data sources, instruments, and the roles responsible for data collection (in order to answer your key evaluation questions).
